Linear Regression Statistics
This area presents equations for both the “Lab vs. Standard Concentration” and the “Lab vs. Group” lines.
These equations, which are in the form y = slope x + intercept, represent the straightest (most linear) line through the data points. This line gives the best descriptions of the slope and intercept of the data points and the measure of bias. (Perfect slope is 1.0 and perfect intercept is 0.)
This area also provides the SEE (standard error estimate) for both lines.
